Just a quick word of how Impressed I am with Joker Tattoo, I ordered a set of Pigments this morning, My very first order with Joker Tattoo, well within about 3 hrs of my order placement I got a call from a very nice and professional young lady, who explained to me that one of the colors in the set was back ordered and if another color could be substituted in it's place, and of course I had no issue with that, In fact I've never had a company go out of their way to take a such personal touch with my order, I've been Tattooing for over ten years and the other supply companies that I have used have never done that.

I have ordered several times and I gotta say not only do products often arrive before expected , but everything I have ordered is a quality product. No cheesy cheap secondhand amazon crap here! The Starbrite ink I ordered is super vibrant and def not watered down junk like you find other places. Kudos joker! Keep up the excellent work my friends!

Placed my first order on Thursday night order came by Saturday morning it made my day! When I opened the box I was pleased to see that everything was individually and professionally packed. I got some ink needles and green soap. Ink looks great and the needles are some of the best I've seen I've yet to use them I got the pre made needles that come with the disposable tubes. They're made in China but are certified. There was a personal thank u note in the box which was pleasant to see. I called the number because I had a questions about a product and my call got answered right away. There was no automated service hassle. Thanks joker for you're amazing service. Can't wait to order more !!
