Just recieved my order today. Delivery was quick and the packing was excellent. I had a large order and they forgot a box of stencil paper, called them up and immediately expressed mailed me the box. Very good customer service and the products were all genuine and not knock offs. Will be getting all of my tattoo supplies in the future from joker.

When I placed my first order, over $500, they got in contact with me by both phone and email same day to verify my identity. Any company that goes to that length to protect not only themselves but their customers is a place for me, as well as having such amazing communication. Any email I sent was answered same day, if not first thing the next morning. My order took 2 business days to process, and was shipped 2/6. I got it 2/9 with their free shipping. Everything was in great condition, not even a dent on the box. Well packaged, especially my gallon of green soap. They products were all legit, no knock offs (always worried) and in great quality. I am INSANELY pleased with my dealings with Joker Tattoo, and will be returning my business faithfully so long as they keep up such great care. Would recommend.

These guys have the best customer service i have ever experienced. Unfortunately for me, an item or two has been out of stock that i ordered, but the experts at Joker had a representative on the phone with me within hours of my order being placed with suggested substitutions. I have also never seen such fast shipping. I placed an order on a Monday and had it by Wednesday. Fantastic people, very friendly on the phone and prompt with order information emails along with getting stuff in the mail nearly the same day. I cant recommend these people enough. Im pretty sure i wont be ordering from anyone else. Jokertattoo.net is simply the BEST!
