It was a pleasant experience to order from Joker. It is usually a very stressful experience for me, as I live in South Africa, and it is quite a distance to send, but my parcel arrived in good time, and Joker involved me in the process every step of the way, thanks guys, I am a happy customer!

Joker Tattoo Supply has fantastic customer service and quality products. They went beyond their resposibility and resolved an order issue that was no fault on their part. They were very courteous and understanding. Best of all, no hard to understand foreigners who appologize but do nothing. Glad to see USA commerce isn't dead. I highly recommend them for your tattooing needs.
